1. Who we are

This online store (Turaya) is operated by ARNA COMPANY BV, Pelikaanstraat 44, 2018 Antwerpen, Belgium, VAT BE1012613583, email me.rami@me.com.

2. Products and prices

We describe our products as accurately as possible. Weights of silver items are approximate. Product photos are styled studio images; small differences in colour or shine are possible. All prices are in euro and include 21% VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you pay.

3. Order and contract

The contract is made when you receive our order confirmation by email. If an item is no longer available, we inform you and refund any amount already paid.

4. Payment

You pay online during checkout with the payment methods shown there.

5. Delivery

See our Shipping policy. The risk passes to you when you receive the parcel.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

See our Refund policy. Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, except for engraved or personalised items.

7. Guarantee

All products have the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity for consumers in the EU.
