Refund policy

14-day right of withdrawal

You can cancel your order within 14 days after you (or someone you chose) received the items, without giving a reason. To cancel, send us a clear message by email (me.rami@me.com) or WhatsApp (+32 467 67 44 50) with your order number. You may use the EU model withdrawal form, but this is not required.

Send the items back to ARNA COMPANY BV - Turaya, Pelikaanstraat 44, 2018 Antwerpen, Belgium, at the latest 14 days after you told us you want to cancel. The items must be unworn and complete, in the original packaging where possible. The cost of returning the items is for you.

We refund the full amount you paid, including the standard shipping cost, within 14 days after we receive your message. We may wait with the refund until we have received the items back. We refund with the same payment method you used.

Exception: engraved items

Items that are laser-engraved with a name, date or other personal text are made to your personal specification. The right of withdrawal does not apply to them (art. VI.53, 3 Belgian Code of Economic Law), unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or wrong items

All items have the 2-year legal guarantee. If an item is faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 2 months after you notice it. We will repair, replace or refund it and we pay the return shipping.
